If your walls have a shorter or longer distance between them, you can adjust the height of the hook and/or the lenght of the strap, chain or rope. Just make sure that the bottom of your hammock’s body is installed 2 ft 6 in above the ground.

Hammock Stand Compatible
Our hammocks are compatible with a 13 ft stand. Make sure to install the eyes of your hammock directly to the hooks on your stand. Do not use chains, ropes or straps to avoid a loose curvature. Your hammock needs to be tense to be properly installed.
Between two trees

Our hammock swings are compatible with a 7 ft 75 in (93 in) stand. Make sure to install the eye of your hammock swing directly to the hook on your stand. Do not use chains, ropes or straps to maintain a proper height. Your hammock swing needs to be installed 2 ft above the ground.
From a tree
These measurements serve as a reference for installing your hammock swing from a tree. Your hammocks swing needs to be 2 ft from the tree to swing properly. You can also adjust the lenght of the strap or rope to make sure that the bottom of your hammock swing is installed 2 ft above the ground.

Swings and hammocks are not supplied with fittings. These must be sourced in a hardware or DIY store, and careful attention should be paid to the installation instructions here (link to the hanging solution). A professional tradesman may be required to identify safe installation options, especially with indoor ceilings and walls.
Eco-friendly materials and 100% organic cotton yarn ensures a soft but strong construction.
Light spot-cleaning is best and small amounts of stain remover can be used, if needed. For a complete clean, we recommend gently handwashing with warm water and soap. Do not use detergent or bleach. Avoid twisting or scrubbing hard and air-dry flat, not under direct sunlight.
Hang the wood spreader bars off to the side when washing to avoid damage.
It is best not to leave your hammock or swing outdoors for extended periods, especially in bad weather.
If not a permanent fixture indoors or on your balcony, store your hammock somewhere indoors where it’s dry, and away from chewing animals and chemicals or pesticides, to guarantee the longest possible life.
Make sure your hammock is clean and free of outdoor debris before storing.
Each hammock has a weight capacity of around 350 lbs, or 2 people, while swings can accommodate one individual up to 200 lbs. Bear in mind the anticipated weight load when installing your hammock or swing.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged unless there is immediate proof of damage, on delivery.
Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition, they were received.
